Should Trans People Be Allowed In Public Bathrooms? Fear, Misinformation, and the Real Public Danger

I met a woman on Twitter who spreads fear about trans people in public washrooms, and this was my extended reply to her. There are many people like her who act out based on fear and misinformation. While I feel for their anxiety, their behaviour presents a very real danger to innocent people. This is (partially) why she was wrong and why I’m weighing in.
