Me at Walmart Live Better — Seasonal affective disorder: How to cope with winter in Canada
I was interviewed for and quoted in "Seasonal affective disorder: How to cope with winter in Canada" at Walmart Live Better:
Elan Morgan, a designer and blogger in Regina who’s been suffering from the mood disorder since she was a kid, says her SAD used to start later in the fall, but she now feels the effects as early as mid-August. “The weather is still beautiful and warm, but the days get shorter and my body picks up on that right away. I can tell when it’s starting to affect me—my energy levels drop, I have increasing bouts of insomnia, I feel more irritable and my thoughts easily turn to how meaningless most things are,” she says.
I'm writing a post a day in November for BlogHer's NaBloPoMo.
