246/365: Small Drama

Shoppers Drug Mart

A woman walks to the pharmacy.
It closed an hour ago,
but I don't call out to tell her.
She tries the door, smacks it with her palm,
and her mouth curls around curses.
I watch her from across the street,
and smile.
It is a small drama, a scene.
Just as surely, someone watches me.
