Business Cards For Violence UnSilenced

When Maggie, founder of Violence UnSilenced, contacted me about designing business cards for the website for the upcoming BlogHer '11 conference in San Diego, and I knew that I had to say yes. Violence UnSilenced is a website devoted to "shedding light on the epidemic of domestic violence and sexual assault by giving its survivors a voice", and it is a powerful mechanism for helping both women and men come out about their experiences and find help within a community of people who understand what they've been through.

I must give a nod to Violence UnSilenced's website designer, Temptation Designs, as I reimagined the original site design for the business card format, and I found their clean, bold design a delight to reinterpret.
