Rupert, The Bearded Dragon
Rupert is a bearded dragon. He's my new best friend.
When we were first introduced, his beard puffed up and had turned a darker colour, which is what he does when he's wary. He can look pretty mean when he wants to.
Pretty soon, though, he was sneaking in for a closer look.
He smells with his tongue, so I ended up getting sticky, bearded dragon tongue licks on my knuckles.
I think he has a crush on me.
